Your First Visit

Your Initial Consultation will be an opportunity for me to get to know you, and vice versa. We’ll go over your vital information, discuss your health goals and go through your intake form, which you’ll complete upon arrival for your first visit.

Next, I’ll perform a thorough examination and check for any disturbances in your spine and nervous system. This will determine what sort of care you’ll need to achieve your desired results. After that, a digital posture assessment will be conducted, and if no further tests or x-rays are required, you will receive your first adjustment.

In some cases, a spinal x-ray may be necessary for me to determine the condition and position of your spine. It will also allow me to pinpoint potential stress areas and get an idea of how your spine will progress over time.

All of the information gathered is kept on hand so that we can track your progress as your posture and functionality improves.

After all the necessary tests have been performed, a full report and analysis of your case will be compiled so that we can develop the perfect plan for you.

Your Report Visit

In order for you to make an informed decision about your care, your second appointment will consist of two parts.

The first part is your Pre-Care Appointment, which will explain the fundamentals of Chiropractic; where we fit into the healthcare system, and what you can expect.

The second part is your Personalised Report where we’ll discuss my findings and how we can help you achieve the results you desire.

Your Regular Visits

We all want to feel better in an instant, but the healing process takes time. With this in mind, it is vital that you stick to your appointments as each one of the sessions builds upon the last. It’s this momentum that we gain through regular visits that will propel you towards the results you want.

While your goal is to heal, feel better and stronger, our goal is to set you on a path of improvement so that you can thrive – physically, mentally and emotionally.
